Role Description This is an internship role for a Chartered Accountant Articleship Trainee, based on-site in Jakkuru. The trainee will assist in statutory and tax audits, preparation and review of financial statements, and maintenance of accounting records. Daily tasks may include supporting tax computations and filings, performing basic reconciliations, assisting with compliance documentation, and preparing working papers for audit assignments.
The role involves coordinating with team members, visiting client locations as required,
and adhering to professional standards and timelines. The trainee will also participate in research on accounting, taxation, and regulatory updates and apply guidance received from senior team members to practical assignments.
Qualifications
Candidates should be registered for Chartered Accountancy articleship and meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the professional body.
Solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts.
Ability to work with MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
High ethical standards, integrity, and willingness to learn in a structured training setting.
Ability to work on-site in Jakkuru and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Prior internship or practical exposure in accounting or finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
