Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.
Verify prescriptions for accuracy before dispensing.
Maintain accurate records of medicines dispensed and inventory.
Organize, stock, and monitor pharmacy inventory, including checking expiry dates.
Ensure proper storage of medicines as per regulatory guidelines.
Assist customers with basic product information under the supervision of the pharmacist.
Process billing, generate invoices, and maintain sales records.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy.
Follow all pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
Coordinate with healthcare specialists and other departments when required.
Report any discrepancies in stock or prescriptions to the pharmacist immediately.
