Requirements

Sales &Business; Development:

*Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for DG sets and related products.

*Identify and develop new customers in segments like industrial, commercial,construction, healthcare, telecom, infrastructure sectors, etc.

*Generate leads through market visits, networking, internal references, and tenders.

*Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.

Customer Relationship Management:

*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors,and OEM partners.





*Understand customer power requirements and recommend suitable DG solutions.

*Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and capability presentations.

Tender &Project; Management:

*Participate in tenders.

*Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical submissions.

*Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms

Market Analysis:

*Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

*Identify emerging opportunities in power backup and energy solutions.

*Provide market intelligence and sales forecasts to management.

Coordination & Reporting:

*Work closely with associated teams to ensure smooth project execution.

*Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

*Track order execution and payment collections.

Required Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)

*MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage.

*5–10 years of sales experience in DG sets, power equipment, electrical products, or industrial machinery.
