Manufacturing Harshad Jeweltech Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Production Manager (APM) to oversee and optimize our MJP (MultiJet Printing) production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily MJP production activities. Ensure smooth operation and maximum utilization of MJP 3D printers.
Supervise machine setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with CAD, Design, Casting, and Production teams.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions. Analyze production performance and prepare reports.
Optimize machine efficiency, material utilization, and production costs. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Train and mentor operators and production staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:




Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in MJP 3D Printing Technology, preferably in the jewelry industry. Solid knowledge of MJP, DLP, LCD, and related 3D printing technologies.
Understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes including CAD, Casting, and Finishing. Hands-on experience in machine maintenance and production management.
Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
