Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Lead a team of technical support engineers, guiding them on best practices and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce customer complaints.
Conduct training sessions for recent hires and existing team members to enhance their technical skills.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend changes to products or services to improve customer satisfaction.





Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the security industry.
Robust knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is an added advantage.
