Bharat Engineering and Services Pvt. Ltd. (BESPL) is looking for a motivated and hardworking Associate Welder (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team. This role is suitable for ITI-certified candidates who are eager to develop practical welding skills while working on fabrication projects related to fire safety equipment and solar mounting structures.

Key Responsibilities:-
Welding & Fabrication
Assist in welding and fabrication of mild steel and structural steel components.
Operate welding equipment such as Arc (SMAW) welding machines under supervision.
Prepare metal surfaces by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components before welding.
Support the fabrication and assembly of various industrial products and structural components.
Manufacturing Support
Assist in the fabrication of equipment used in fire protection systems.
Help manufacture structural parts and mounting frames for solar projects.
Read basic fabrication drawings and follow work instructions provided by supervisors.
Quality & Safety
Inspect finished welds for visible defects and report any quality issues.
Follow standard workshop procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all workplace safety guidelines.
Perform basic maintenance and proper handling of welding machines and tools.
Eligibility Education
ITI in Welder Trade or an equivalent vocational qualification.
Candidates with a Diploma in Welding Technology may also apply.
Experience
0–1 year of experience.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of Arc (SMAW) welding.
Understanding of welding safety practices.
Ability to read simple engineering drawings is an advantage.
Willingness to learn recent fabrication techniques.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
