Key Responsibilities
Gather product requirements through user research and field visits.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver recent product features.
Translate operational challenges into product solutions.
Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support feature planning, sprint execution, and product launches.
Monitor product adoption and key business metrics.
Analyse user feedback and recommend product improvements.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
Track feature performance and continuously improve user experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Management, Analytics, or related field.
Internship or project experience in Product Management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience working on technology products or startups.
