Azure SME – OT

Experience: 8–15 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage, support, and optimize Azure infrastructure for OT environments.
Provide L3/L4 support for Azure incidents, service requests, and problem management.
Administer Azure services including VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, Backup, and Site Recovery.
Implement and maintain cloud security controls, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud.
Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Drive automation through PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with OT security standards.
Collaborate with OT, Cyber Security, and project teams to deliver reliable cloud services.





Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Expertise in Azure Networking, Compute, Storage, Backup, and Security.
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or Bicep.
Robust troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
Experience in OT/Industrial environments (SCADA, DCS, Industrial IoT).
Azure Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500.
Understanding of OT Cyber Security and network segmentation principles.
