Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support to clients from various industries.
Handle international chats with ease, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
Utilize solid communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve their concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
Proficiency in handling international chat processes and protocols.
Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with global clients.
Ability to work on rotational shifts (24X7)
