Role Description The Associate role at CTDI India is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Associate will support daily operational activities, including handling service requests, coordinating workflows, updating records, and assisting with basic data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities may include working with internal teams to track progress on service orders, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining documentation accuracy. The role involves adhering to quality and safety guidelines,



communicating clearly with team members and supervisors, and contributing to process improvements where needed.

Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and basic documentation skills to handle daily operational tasks efficiently.

Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and supervisors.

Comfort with using office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email) for data entry and reporting.

Attention to detail and a focus on quality, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work reliably in an in office environment.

Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field.

Prior experience in operations, service support, logistics, or a similar domain is an advantage but not always required.
