Minus-one to the Group CISO — direct engagement with CEOs & CXOs across the group
Ownership of 3 Central Defense Command Centers
3 direct reports: Threat Intelligence | Vulnerability Management | Cyber Defense Center




Compliance & audit oversight, firewall & protection strategy, external partner governance
Group-wide cybersecurity thought leadership Who we're looking for:
12+ years in cybersecurity, with real people-leadership over threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or a SOC/Cyber Defense Center
Experience securing complex, high-sensitivity, high-scale data settings
Comfortable presenting to CXOs — this role is as much governance as it is operations
