Anurag University is inviting applications for the position of Associate Dean – School of Management (SoM) at our campus in Ghatkesar, Hyderabad.
Location: Ghatkesar, Hyderabad
Qualification: Ph.D. in Management
Experience: Senior academic leadership experience in a reputed Business School, preferably with a blend of Industry and Academic exposure

We are looking for a agile academic leader who can contribute towards a paradigm shift in shaping management education through innovation, industry integration, academic excellence, and transformational leadership.

Key Expectations / Deliverables:
Work closely with the Dean in translating the School’s vision into reality through effective execution, collaboration, and institutional growth initiatives
Support the Dean in strengthening academic processes, governance, and operational excellence within the School




Design industry-aligned, future-ready, and out-of-the-box curriculum frameworks
Drive academic excellence, innovation, and research culture within the School of Management
Strengthen placements, internships, corporate engagement, and industry collaborations
Build strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, start-ups, and global academic bodies
Promote entrepreneurship, incubation, consulting, experiential learning, and interdisciplinary initiatives
Enhance student outcomes, faculty development, accreditations, rankings, and overall brand visibility of the School
Work collaboratively with faculty, industry leaders, students, and university leadership to create a progressive and high-performance academic ecosystem
