Role Description The Assistant Professor role is a full time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The selected candidate will deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate lectures, design course materials, and conduct tutorials, laboratory sessions, or workshops as required. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students academically, supervising projects, mentoring learners, and maintaining regular office hours for academic advising.

The role also involves pursuing research, publishing scholarly work, participating in curriculum development,



and contributing to departmental and university committees.

Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in Engineering & Technology, Physical Sciences, or Social Sciences relevant to the department.

Demonstrated ability in teaching, course planning, and student assessment in a higher education setting.

Research aptitude, including ability to conduct studies, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and seek research funding where applicable.

Effective communication, presentation, and academic writing skills to engage diverse learners.

Commitment to student mentorship, inclusive pedagogical practices, and continuous professional development.

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution; doctoral qualification preferred.

Familiarity with up-to-date teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic educational technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff, and to contribute to departmental initiatives and institutional growth.
