As part of the Non-Financial Assurance team you will lead and develop a team handling CASS processes while implementing desired changes. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver quality services, securing client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, manage complex issues, and cultivate meaningful client relationships in a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team focused on CASS processes
Implement changes to enhance service delivery and compliance

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of post-qualification experience
3+ years of Articleship experience for qualified Chartered Accountants
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Chartered Accountant preferred
CISA / CISM / CISSP / ISO 27001 LA certification preferred
Demonstrating knowledge of CASS rules and regulations
Mapping controls to regulatory requirements and risks
Managing Client Money and Custody Asset reconciliations
Planning and delivering audit engagements
Understanding financial reporting concepts
Analyzing intricate processes and applying challenges
Committed to continuous training and proactive learning
