POSITION OBJECTIVE The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end banking, credit facility, and financial compliance operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the organization, banks, and rating agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Banking Operations & Credit Management
Manage and execute day-to-day finance, accounts, and banking activities.
Liaise with banks for renewal, assessment, and enhancement of credit facilities (fund-based and non-fund-based).
Handle end-to-end processing and execution of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG), both foreign and inland.
Monitor utilization of credit limits and ensure timely renewals.
Compliance & Reporting
Prepare and submit banking compliance reports including FFR-I (Financial Follow-up Report) and FFR-II.
Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data for credit assessment and renewal purposes.
Prepare monthly/periodic stock statements for drawing power (DP) allocation and submission to banks.
Ensure timely calculation and reconciliation of monthly interest and commission charges levied by banks.
Rating Agency Coordination




Coordinate with credit rating agencies for annual renewal and surveillance exercises.
Compile and submit necessary financial and operational data for rating assessments.
Financial Analysis
Apply working knowledge of financial instruments (LC, BG, CC, term loans, etc.).
Analyse key financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, leverage, etc.) and benchmark them against industry standards.
Support management with financial insights for credit and banking decisions.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of financial instruments and banking products.
Hands-on experience in LC/BG documentation and execution (domestic & international).
Proficiency in CMA data preparation, stock statement filing, and DP calculations.
Working knowledge of financial ratio analysis and benchmarking.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Tally ERP.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage regulatory/compliance deadlines.
Relevant experience in corporate banking/finance operations preferred.
