Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models throughout all project stages, ensuring accurate representation of architectural and engineering elements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing LOD 300/350 architectural models, integrating multidisciplinary inputs, producing detailed documentation, and supporting submittals and approvals.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, with visits to Doha (as per project requirements) requiring regular interaction with the project team and timely delivery of project-related outputs.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)



tools and workflows for design coordination and documentation.
Experience creating LOD 300/350 models
Sheet annotation and production
Ability to prepare, organize, and track Submittals and related project documentation.
Relevant software skills (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM tools).
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative workplace.
Prior exposure to multidisciplinary projects and international standards is beneficial.
