Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Monitoring Manager responsible for tracking, evaluating, and ensuring effective execution of large-scale field and operational projects. The role involves monitoring progress, analyzing data, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project activities, timelines, and field-level execution
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership
Track performance of field teams and ensure adherence to defined plans
Identify gaps, delays, and risks in project execution and suggest corrective actions
Coordinate with field teams, coordinators, and stakeholders for smooth implementation
Analyze field data and reports to generate actionable insights
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project activities
Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights

Skills Required:
Robust project monitoring and MIS reporting skills
Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency
Robust coordination and communication abilities




Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple field-driven projects simultaneously

Education:
Bachelors degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Project Management or Data Analytics is an advantage

Experience:
35years of experience in project monitoring, operations, or field coordination

Work Nature:
Field and office coordination role involving regular interaction with teams and stakeholders
Requires travel as per project requirements

Location:
Pune / Maharashtra (with travel across regions as required)
