The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and operational efficiency. The role includes supervising the front-of-house team, managing shift operations, resolving guest concerns,



monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards, and contributing to sales and profitability.

The Assistant Restaurant

Manager also assists with staff training, scheduling, and performance management while fostering a positive and cooperative work workplace.
