Role & responsibilities
Interacting with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Scoping and defining the business requirement.
Preparation of Documents like BRD, SRS etc. with process flow diagrams, User interfaces.
Conducting Gap analysis and documentation.
Management of Project Management tools for monitoring and reporting to higher authorities.
Discussion of the Functional Solution and Wireframes to the end users and Technical Team.
Analysis and design of banking solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, Designing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD),



Gap Analysis, and other key project documentation.
Exposure to financial and banking solution design and development, with a valuable understanding of domain-specific processes and system capabilities.
Proficiency in using project management tools, UI design tools etc.
Exposure to Asset Management (Secured and Unsecured Loans and advances) software is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams
Candidates should have 2- 5 years of experience in a relevant role.

Experience in the BFSI and Asset Management will be an added advantage.
