Required Skills Experience

Technical Skills
Solid expertise in Azure Integration Services, including:
Logic Apps (Consumption Standard)
Azure API Management
Azure Functions
Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs
Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth, Managed Identity).
Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
Migration experience from BizTalk, MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar platforms is a solid plus.

Non-Technical Skills
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
Leadership and mentoring mindset.




Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing roles.
Structured, solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to Have
Azure certifications (AZ 204, AZ 305, or Integration-related certifications).
Experience in fixed-bid projects and effort estimation.
Exposure to AI-enabled integrations or Copilot scenarios.
Prior experience contributing to practice building or COE initiatives.
