We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Health Insurance and preferably Vision Insurance domain expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications that support digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Health Insurance, Healthcare, or Managed Care organizations.
Strong understanding of health insurance business processes including claims, eligibility, enrollment, advantages, provider management, billing, and customer servicing.
Preferred experience in Vision Insurance domains such as vision advantages administration, provider networks, eligibility verification, and vision claims processing.




Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, user story creation, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Facets, HealthEdge, Guidewire, Salesforce, or other insurance platforms.
Experience on manging projects on a Microsoft platform.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and data privacy practices.
Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
