Admin & Operations Manager – Diagnostic Centre

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin & Operations Manager to manage daily operations and improve patient care, service quality, and overall patient experience at our diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Lab, Radiology, Reception, Home Collection and support departments.
Improve patient care, service quality, patient experience and satisfaction.
Monitor patient flow, waiting time, TAT and service delivery.
Handle patient complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage staff, shifts, manpower and department coordination.
Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
Monitor housekeeping, facility standards and overall centre hygiene.
Coordinate with vendors,



maintenance and service providers.
Prepare MIS reports and monitor operational performance.
Implement SOPs and continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, pathology lab or healthcare organization.
Solid experience in patient care, service improvement and healthcare operations.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to independently manage operations and improve service standards.

Hospital / Diagnostic Centre experience is mandatory or highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,709.09 per month
