Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. The candidate should be confident in speaking with clients and ready to do cold calling to generate business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls to prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
Follow up with assigned leads and convert them into potential customers.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.




Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills
Excellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory).
Basic English communication skills (Average spoken and written English is sufficient).
Ready to do cold calling and interact with new clients.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
BBA or MBA candidates will be preferred.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or sales experience will be an added advantage.
