Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities including productivity, yield, downtime, and shift performance.
Ensure smooth plant operations with timely startup and shutdown of production lines.
Maintain high standards of product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Handle raw material trials, traceability, and process monitoring activities.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments for smooth equipment functioning.
Support process optimization, recent product development, and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with FSMS, FSSAI, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Management System, and legal requirements.




Supervise routine maintenance, breakdown handling, utilities, machinery, and plant equipment.
Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and support EHS and audit requirements.
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of food safety, quality, and IMS standards within the department.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE in Chemical Engineering with 510 years of experience in food manufacturing/production operations.
Experience in food safety systems, process improvement, and plant maintenance will be an added advantage.
