About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back office operations.
Maintain records, documents, and reports.
Perform data entry with high accuracy.
Prepare and update Excel reports (MIS).
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Manage emails and documentation.
Support ERP-related operations and maintain records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
