Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, managing lead generation efforts, developing client relationships, and driving account management initiatives. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to achieve revenue and growth goals through strategic planning, presentations, and business negotiations.
Qualifications
Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure strategic business opportunities
Proficiency in Account Management and customer relationship building
Robust Communication and interpersonal skills to articulate business offerings effectively
Understanding of business and sales strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives
Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector is an advantage
Analytical skills and familiarity with advanced market research techniques are highly beneficial
Technical Understanding Required Solid working knowledge of Analytical CRO services including:
Nasal Characterization (IVBE studies)
Bioassay Development & Validation
Extractables & Leachables
Peptide Characterization
Q3 Characterization
Immunogenicity studies
IVRT / IVPT
Regulatory expectations (USFDA, EMA, ICH guidelines)
