Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Boiler Field Operator to support the safe and productive operation of a Coal-Based Thermal Power Plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in boiler field operations, equipment monitoring, and safety compliance.

Eligibility
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a Coal-Based Thermal Power Plant
Certification: Boiler Second Class Certificate is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Monitor boiler rotating equipment and operating parameters.
Monitor Bed Ash Cooler and Coal DCF systems.
Check and maintain Boiler Drum Gauge Glass water levels.
Monitor MDC RAV system operations.
Monitor bearing temperature and vibration of boiler running equipment.
Inspect and monitor all boiler area dampers.
Monitor DM transfer pumps and Boiler Feed Pump (BFP) oil level, temperature and vibration.




Ensure secure operation of equipment by following all plant safety procedures.
Report operational abnormalities promptly to the Shift In-Charge and DCS Engineer.
Maintain smooth coordination with the control room for uninterrupted plant operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
