Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee performance.
Implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent.
Drive performance management processes, supporting leaders in setting objectives and providing feedback.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance job satisfaction.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing HR inquiries and resolving conflict

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in retail sector.
Robust knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and implement actionable insights.
