We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow the Mobile vertical at Admitad. The role requires strong expertise in the mobile ecosystem, performance marketing, and partner management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships.

Goal of the Role: To drive revenue growth and scale the mobile business by building solid partnerships, leveraging market insights, and continuously optimizing performance

What You'll Do
Develop and grow relationships with current and existing advertisers in the mobile space
Proactively initiate client meetings, identify business opportunities, and close deals
Prepare customized commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations
Drive revenue growth by optimizing performance of existing partners
Analyze campaign performance, traffic sources, and optimize for better results
Continuously monitor mobile market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction

What We Expect




4+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Performance Marketing
Solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem (apps, MMPs, attribution models, key industry players)
Knowledge of traffic sources such as in-app, OEM, influencer, and programmatic, including their advantages and limitations
Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or ad tech industry
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to convert insights into actionable growth strategies
Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
