Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
Generate qualified leads and build a solid B2B sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance, taxation, licensing, and business advisory solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and mentor junior business development team members when required.

What We're Looking For:
6 months - 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition,



or Relationship Management.
Experience in Professional Services, Fintech, Taxation, Compliance, Banking, Consulting, or Financial Services is preferred.
Solid understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Hauz Khas, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
