Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Relationship Officer to drive business growth for the branch by acquiring recent customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in gold loan sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate business leads through various sales and marketing channels.
Acquire recent customers and expand the branch customer base.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Cross-sell third-party financial products to existing and new customers.
Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and company policies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Develop and implement branch-level business promotion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams and the Branch Head to support business objectives.




Maintain a professional and positive work setting.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales or a similar financial services role.
Strong understanding of gold loan products, market trends, and sales strategies.
Established customer network and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
