Big Star Cafe is an elevated specialty coffee and dining establishment located near the US Consulate General in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to drive operational excellence, staff performance, inventory management, and guest satisfaction across front-of-house and back-of-house.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Coordinate kitchen, coffee bar, and floor teams for seamless execution.
Cost & Inventory Management: Conduct weekly stock audits, monitor food costs, manage vendor orders, and reduce wastage.
Team Leadership: Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and shift rostering.
Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback, manage platform reviews, and support revenue targets.

Candidate Qualifications:
3 to 6+ years of total F&B; experience (at least 2 years as Cafe/Restaurant Manager).




Comprehensive grasp of POS systems, inventory management, and floor logistics.
Excellent English communication skills.

Shift & Schedule:
10-Hour Scheduled Shift (9 Active Hours + 1 Hour Rest Interval).
Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month + duty beverages.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
