BPO Telecaller
Provide customer support for voice and non-voice processes.
Handle customer queries related to pre-travel and post-travel services worldwide.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Close customer faults and complaints within defined SLAs.
Provide support for government and banking processes.
Deliver high-quality customer service with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
Assist customers with pre-travel and post-travel service requests.
Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined SLAs.

Process Management
Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Solve routine customer issues by referring to established processes.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and professionalism during customer interactions.
Support government and banking process requirements.




Maintain records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Performance & Quality
Deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Maintain empathy and professionalism while interacting with customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: HSC / Any Graduation.
