We're looking for a Cafe Manager to run day-to-day operations of the cafe at Safina Plaza —

overseeing service, quality, staffing, and profitability while delivering a outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, service standards, and cleanliness.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance for baristas, service staff, and the kitchen team.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to control costs and minimise wastage.
Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Handle cash management,



billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Track sales, costs, and profitability, and report performance to management.
Plan promotions, seasonal menus, and collaborations with mall events and activations. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or F&B; management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valuable understanding of inventory, cost control, and P&L; management.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms).
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred; hotel management or hospitality background a plus.
