Key Responsibilities Market bench consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Implementation Partners. Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants. Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients. Negotiate rates and manage the placement process. Maintain daily activity reports and follow up with vendors and clients. Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with vendors and clients. Ensure timely communication and successful consultant placements.
Required Skills Minimum 6 months of Bench Sales experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and other office applications. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
