About the Role

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT Sales and experience selling next-gen enterprise solutions—specifically ERP and Generative AI-based products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound campaigns, networking, and inbound leads.
Solution Selling: Effectively pitch and demonstrate our suite of IT solutions, ERP systems, and Gen AI-powered enterprise tools to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to closing, maintaining an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
Market Research:



Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (especially Gen AI use cases in business) to identify new market segments.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to craft tailored proposals, client pitches, and responses to RFPs.

What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience within the IT/SaaS industry.
Hands-on experience selling ERP solutions and/or Generative AI-based enterprise applications.
Robust understanding of modern tech stacks, enterprise workflows, and digital transformation drivers.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
