Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
Handle inbound sales enquiries and qualify business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right Eerabiz service.
Schedule discovery calls and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
Coordinate with internal design, development, and marketing teams to deliver accurate project scope.
Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and follow-ups.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.




Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

Qualifications
Solid skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business and commercial concepts, including market analysis and revenue growth strategies.
Excellent Communication skills for client outreach, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, handling client queries, and supporting retention.
Relevant experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently toward targets, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to inform decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹18,867.44 - ₹22,760.52 per month
