Position: Dental Call Center Specialist

Location: Remote

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Full time)

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Dental Call Center Specialist to support multiple dental clinics during evening and overnight hours. This is a remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping patients and working in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.
Verify patient information and update patient records accurately.
Route urgent calls to the appropriate office or provider.
Follow call scripts and maintain exceptional customer service.
Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:




Previous dental office or dental call center experience preferred.
Fluent in English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling software is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
