Role Description The Brand & Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, focused on supporting both brand-building activities and day-to-day operational efficiency, working closely with the Founders.

Responsibilities include

Coordinating inventory and order management,

Overseeing fulfilment processes, In store or studio operations, Maintaining visual and brand standards.

The Associate will help prepare reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to planning and executing brand initiatives, pop-ups, Social media and events.



This position requires hands-on involvement in daily operations and active participation in improving processes and customer experience. Qualifications

Excel, Canva, and Shopify knowledge

Strong operations and organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory, orders, and day-to-day workflows efficiently.

Customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a welcoming brand experience.

Interest in slow fashion, handloom, and handicrafts, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Ability to work in office in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a agile, growing brand environment.
