Responsibilities
Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets
Recruit, train,



and mentor branch staff to enhance performance

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry
Strong understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics
