Job Summary
Monthly Sale Target setting for the all the stores in Brandshop channel.
Drive business to achieve sales target and increase contribution in the respective cluster/branch.
Review Promoters sales performance and make plan to improve the ROI.
Planning and executing category wise product ranging at each store.
Planning and driving display planogram across all stores.
Monitor planned ranging vs display situation and discuss with branches for corrective actions.
Visit stores to review sales results and to identify scope of improvements.
Review low performing stores and propose activity plan to recover/improve.
Monitor process adherence by the store staff – System data update and stock accuracy in the POS system data.
Drive various marketing activities to enhance premium model sales contribution and also consumer experience at the store.
Ontime Schedule Management for the latest E-POP sharing & implementation on Sony center Instagram & Facebook page.
Keep a close watch on the competition activities at their Brandshop or other channel stores.
Identify recent premium cluster for scope/prospect of recent store opening point of view.
