Location: Noida

Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience (EdTech/BFSI/Tele Sales/Inside Sales preferred).

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for counselling and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and help them select suitable academic programs.
Understand students' educational needs and recommend the right courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.





Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 6 months or more of sales/inside sales/tele sales experience will be preferred.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
