Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective and existing audiences, provide information about the group’s brands and services, and accurately record call outcomes in internal systems. Daily tasks include following call scripts and guidelines, updating customer records, coordinating with internal teams to share feedback from callers, and supporting campaigns and promotions through timely follow-up calls.





The role also involves meeting defined call volume and quality targets, maintaining professional and inclusive communication standards, and participating in regular training to stay aligned with brand messaging and compliance requirements. Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.

Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.

Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in using call management tools, CRM systems, and standard office applications.

Organizational and time-management skills to manage call queues, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven media setting, with adaptability to different brands and campaigns.

Ability to work in office in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in call center, customer support, telemarketing, or similar roles is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, marketing, or media is beneficial.
