Key Responsibilities
Drive large-scale events such as employee engagement initiatives including Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, Leadership Connects, and Conferences.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic organizational programs.
Plan and execute employee experience, learning, and culture initiatives.
Manage stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Finance, IT, and Workplace teams to ensure seamless program execution.

Preferred Background
