Key Responsibilities: Sales & Market Development Develop and expand the company’s B2B customer base among jewelers and diamond traders across India.

Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, exhibitions, and industry networking.

Represent the company at Indian and international jewelry trade fairs to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management

Conduct regular in-person client visits to jewelers’ premises across India.

Understand customer requirements and propose tailored diamond solutions.

Build long-term commercial relationships and manage assigned accounts.

Sales Execution & Contracts

Achieve agreed revenue targets and commercial KPIs.

Prepare proposals and negotiate Sales contracts in compliance with EU and Belgian commercial regulations.

Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Customer Experience

Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients.

Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain robust product and market knowledge.

Reporting & Compliance





Maintain accurate CRM records in line with internal reporting standards.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.

Experience in jewellery, diamonds, luxury goods, or commodities preferred.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within India.

Proficiency in English, Dutch and French strongly preferred.
