ROLE OVERVIEW:

Black Trader is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven candidates who are interested in building a career in Business Development within the fintech industry. The role involves lead generation, client communication, understanding client requirements, and supporting business growth initiatives in domestic and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
Initiate communication with prospects and understand business requirements
Present company services professionally and clearly
Maintain and update lead details using CRM tools
Support proposal preparation and business presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Work towards achieving assigned lead generation and sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce,



or related field
0 3+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (Freshers can apply)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in client interaction and business growth
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Knowledge of financial markets or fintech industry is an added advantage
