Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and profitability.
Generate sales for IT hardware, CCTV systems, networking equipment, and AMC services.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Lead and supervise the sales, technical, and support teams.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Coordinate installation, maintenance, and after-sales support.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare branch reports, budgets, and MIS for management.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers).
Understanding of CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR).




Networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls).
Team management and leadership.
Sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/BSc IT/B.Com or equivalent).
5–10 years of experience in IT hardware, networking, or CCTV, with leadership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
