Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance – Agency Channel Position: Agency Manager / Sales Manager (Agency Channel) Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to achieve business targets. The role focuses on driving sales through the agency channel, building robust relationships with advisors, and ensuring sustainable business growth while maintaining compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Train, coach, and motivate advisors to improve productivity.
Drive life insurance sales through the agency network.
Conduct joint field calls and provide sales support.
Monitor advisor performance and help achieve monthly business targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisors.




Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Organize product and sales training programs.
Generate recent business and expand the agency network.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services (experience requirements may vary by role).
Solid communication, leadership, networking, and team management skills.
