We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Career Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in student counseling, admissions, or education consulting. The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths, provide accurate information about educational programs, and assist them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding career options, courses, and educational opportunities.
Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Handle inquiries generated through calls.
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM regularly.




Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Career Counselor, Academic Counselor, Admission Counselor, or Education Counselor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand students' needs and provide appropriate career guidance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
