Experience - 1–3 Years (Post Qualification Preferred) Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Finalist role based in Current Delhi. The role involves assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax computations, and working papers for Income Tax and GST matters. The CA Finalist will support audits, compliance filings, and assessments, including documentation for refunds and demands and coordination with tax authorities.

Daily tasks include accounting reviews, reconciliation of accounts,



research on taxation and accounting standards (including Ind AS), and preparation of reports and summaries for partners and clients. The role also requires active participation in client meetings, clear communication of findings, and contribution to advisory assignments such as Virtual CFO support and NGO/non-profit compliance.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify issues, and support tax and compliance advisory.

Proficiency in Accounting and preparation/review of Financial Statements in accordance with applicable standards.

Foundational knowledge of Finance concepts relevant to taxation, compliance, and business advisory.

Effective Communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and collaboration within the team.

CA Finalist status with cleared intermediate/IPC levels and active preparation for final examinations.

Familiarity with Income Tax, GST, and basic understanding of Ind AS/IFRS will be an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Comfort with MS Excel, accounting software, and standard office productivity tools.
